I hired El Coyote for a private event and it was fantastic. The food was fresh mango salsa!!, coordinating was simple over text and phone and the team Jose, Angelica, Eduardo, Bertha were all extremely friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this truck for private events. Really adds a fun element !
